OUR FAMILY
We were living the typical corporate life, chasing success and climbing the career ladder, without realizing how disconnected we had become. Gregg, a Sullivan University Culinary School graduate, worked his way up from line cook to Executive Chef, General Manager, and eventually Regional Manager for a company in Chattanooga. Meanwhile, Kelly was pouring all her energy into building a successful real estate career. It wasn’t until 2020, when we were blessed with a surprise 40th birthday gift for Kelly—our sweet baby girl, Rowe—that our world was turned upside down.
Priorities shifted overnight. All we wanted was to spend every moment together as a family. Kelly retired her real estate license to stay home with Rowe, and Gregg requested a demotion at work, giving up his demanding travel schedule for a stable 9-to-5. Yet, that still wasn’t enough. Our hearts were set on a dream we couldn’t ignore: selling our house and belongings, and embarking on a life of adventure, exploring the country together in an RV.
In September of 2021, we had the opportunity to cook for a group of amazing kids at a retreat in Washington State, and we fell in love with every part of the experience. It became an annual tradition, and by 2024, we knew it was time to take a leap of faith. With an unwavering belief that God would guide our path and bless our new beginning, Gregg turned in his notice, and we set off for our yearly gig in Washington to start a new chapter: building a family business, together. Now, we are living our greatest adventure—cooking fresh, scratch-made meals for retreats, camps, and small gatherings, sharing our love of food and family with those we meet along the way.
